jalan lagi, yey!  kami sekeluarga beramai² pergi ke A Famosa Resort, 2nd trip for us. Trip kali ni sempena birthday mama @ my mother-in-law. B'day wish nak ke sana, so anak kesayangan @ hubby pun bawak la ke sana... akhirnya, tercapai la hajat ibunda  X cukup korum je sebab papa & family k.long x ikut, lagipun k.long dah bawak mama melancong ke Langkawi... fuhhh, lagik hebat!!
so, what we did in this trip? Let's see...
1. Lunch @ Nasi Ayam Aida, Alor Gajah - claimed by adik to be the best in Melaka masa zaman UiTM dulu (papa selalu blanje dia makan sini!) 
2. Animal Safari Tour @ A Famosa - seronok tgk fina excited tgk binatang esp masa tour dlm van, smp terhantuk la mata kat caravan tuh! and horse masa Wild Wild West Show (Pak Cu, jgn jelesss!  ) ! hmm..x payah la bawak pegi zoo 
3. Dinner @ Medan Ikan Bakar Umbai - treat by adik (thanks! ). yummyliciouss!!! upset sbb khusyu' sgt makan seafood aneka rasa smp x dak amik gambo! lupaa!
4. Cowboy Town Tour @ A Famosa - sempat tgk Red Indian Fire Show & pegi Lantern Fest. The show was ok tapi rasanya first session lagi banyak action & stunts. The Lantern Fest was hampehhh! Buat rugi je bayo 10 hinggit!
5. Swimming in the pool - since the breakfast was served by the pool, ape lagik! Lopeh mandi, torjun laa! 
all in all, we all had great time! hmm.. Lopeh ni pi mano yooo?

okay, on a happier note...
kali ni kitorg semua hadir ke kenduri Johan Ariffin & Mustika... Bukan Mustika Ratu ye, tapi Mustika Ally... Johan ni our second cousin, which makes him the son of my dad's cousin, ops! late cousin. He's the youngest from three siblings and only son of arwah Uncle Ropi & arwah Auntie Zai. Yup, he's an orphan  pity them because they lost their parents at early age and kami adik beradik barely knows them. Auntie Zai left them first, I think in the early 1990s, masa tuh aku kat skolah menengah, because of leukimia. Uncle Ropi left them a year after his late wife after a fall, probably head trauma. Mom said a neighbour found him lying early in the morning beside his car. After that, they're all on their own - K. Lily, Dewi & Johan. Pegi mana pun bertiga je smp la K. Lily & Dewi kawin. And now, it's Johan's. Alhamdulillah... Really admire the courage that they have and I can't even imagine if I was on their place...

oh my...how do i start this entry?
let's start with this...
   
THESE... are MY PRECIOUS...
and what i did yesterday?? It may shocked you (and a friend of mine called me 'POMPUAN GILE'), but know what? I NEARLY KNOCKED BOTH OF THEM DOWN WITH MAMA'S FORD! yup, you read it right, ME! ME, THIS CRAZY WOMAN!! how STUPID, CARELESS, A**HOLE I AM! F**K me!! Pleasee, be mad at me. Curse me. I am. 
the story:
i want to reverse the Ford which was originally situated in the porch, while my precious were walking to our Citra outside the house. The plan is to move Citra at the Ford's original place and the Ford is to be parked behind Citra. Why? Coz our Citra is due for services and hubby want to send it today, so I have to drive Ford to office (Sebab aku 1st skali kuar dari rumah tuh, park le as the first car to exit).
So I went to the car, insert the key and wait for those bleeping sounds to stop while standing OUTSIDE at the driver's area. The bleeping sounds stopped and I turned the key to ignite/start the car. All of a sudden, the car REVERSED (Being manual, my dad always put the gear in reverse mode whenever he parked and he was the last person to move the car inside the house)! I panicked, tried to hold onto the car door while STILL standing outside the car, yup, OUTSIDE but failed. The car moving back, hitting pots of flowers, and the wooden shoe rack. When it hit the rack, I was pushed into the car, scream and I reached the hand brake but it was already up! The car still reversing and it nearly went to our main road... I am totally blank.
When I scream as I was pushed inside the car, my hubby heard and looked and to his shocked, the car was moving towards THEM! When it finally reached them (yup, it did!), my precious were an inch close from the car and he was at the ideal position beside the driver's. With the door still open, and me dangling from inside the car, he reached for the keys and pulled it off! It stopped. Finally. Our daughter cries. I am speechless. And trembling. Like hell. Everybody's - Bapak, Adik, Aiman, Kakak - out. Me crying? Not yet.
He went to the co-driver's door, open it and yelled at me. He gave Dafineh to Kakak to bring her inside as she was crying. Bapak came, checked out on me. Everything's fine. My feet ok, I can still walk. Hubby came, and I yelled back at him. Please, you don't want to know what we yelled to each other. I cried? This time, definitely. Bapak calmed me down, asked me to go inside.
Inside, I cried. Hubby came, consoling, checked out on me. My feet were fine except for some bruises here and there. We were ok. I went back outside, looking back at the damages done - Flower pots were all around, some broken; the shoe rack were turned 90 degree from it's original position due to its hitting with the door; The car? Well, here it is:
dented.. and also another part at the bottom of the car's door (x leh nak tunjuk sebab gambar x clear).
There goes my elaun memangku for next month... pheww! 
But then, when I reflect back, everything was so incidental and as Muslim, we must believe in qada' and qadar. Everything of "What If's" came into my mind like...
1. What if my precious were seconds late?
2. What if my precious were seconds faster?
3. What if dafinah were in the car with me and not with hubby instead?
I don't want to state on the answers, you, readers can think.
But the unimaginable may happen... And I will NEVER forgive myself. Never. Ever. Not in other life.
So, this entry is to remind ME of my precious... how they really ARE precious to me... what if i don't have them...anymore??? And to also remind you of your precious. Don't ever dream of being in my position last night. And don't ever think of it.
But then, all in all, it reminds me of what my driving instructor ALWAYS reminds me during our driving lessons THE FIRST SIX THINGS TO DO WHEN YOU WANT TO DRIVE(tu la, hapal untuk exam je, baru padan muka!). Hmm...don't really remember what they are but some of them are :
1. Adjust seat comfortably;
2. Check/ Position your side mirror;
3. Check/ Position your rear mirror;
4 & 5. .... and FINALLY;
6. FREE YOUR GEAR!
Don't never ever forget that! Ever. Even if you're Michael Schumacher.

Last weekend, company abg, Budiman Iman Consulting Engineering (BICE) organized Family Day @ Teluk Dalam Resort, Pangkor. I remember this resort pasal hampir ter’buat’ bengkel kat sini masa zaman pemerintahan En SB dulu tapi x jadi. So, bila ckp Family Day, but for us the situation is slightly different coz we are considering this trip as our err… not 2nd or 3rd, but 4th honeymoon! Why? Sebab Dafinah xde, we left her @ home Reason why? SNORKELING!! Ramai jugak la yg ingat kitorg ni newly-wed couple, menambah plak ke’jealous’an (En. Azmi, jgn jealous yerr! Hehe) bos abg nihh.. Ada gak la yg berkata2, “”balik nih bertambah la nampaknya”, well.. are you ready, honey? Hehe…
So, arriving @ Pangkor, here’s what we did:
1st day: resting, swimming & resort’s beach & pool, karaoke
2nd day : round island tour (visit kilang sat Hai Seng – I remember visited this very factory on my 1st trip to Pangkor way back in the late 1990s!, Chinese temple, dutch fort, & shopping @ Pekan Pangkor), SNORKELING (the very REASON dafinah was left behind!), swimming @ Coral Island & pool, karaoke.
3rd (and LAST day ): resting & packing (yey! Dafinah!)!
The resorts’s beach was steep, takut plak nak mandi (dah ler x reti berenang!), so mandi pool je. The SNORKELING trip @ Coral Island was NOT OK dek kekeruhan air, x nampak ape pun selain life jacket & kaki, fishes pun kalu ada roti je baru mai, so we better off mandi pantai kat Coral Island tuh. But hey, the best part was the boat trip (teringat plak seharian naik bot for island-hopping around Mersing tengok projects! I miss projects visits )
Anyway, thanks BICE for the ‘honeymoon’ trip! Next family day in 2010, Redang maybe? Ahaks!
p.s : Redang is the original destination for the trip tapi x dpt enough rooms, so pangkor pun pangkor la! FREE la katakann!!

It's holidayyy!! Thought of resting all day but then this sms came "Alhamdulillah, telah selamat melahirkan puteri kedua kami pada jam 2.40 pagi, 1 Mei 2008 di Hospital Putrajaya" from a good DPA friend of mine, Zana J. So, ape lagi? Jalan laaa, yey!
So, menuju la kami ke Hospital Putrajaya, tapi at the point of visiting, baby & mother kat NICU* sebab sel darah merah baby terlebih, so, doc nak observe for a day. Pegi NICU, dpt jumpa bapak baby je, Aziz, sebab mama baby tgh breasfteed.
Lepas tu, papa plak nak tgk ofis mama, tapi sebenanye nak tengok TEMPAT PARKING mama almaklumla, kat KEMAS ni x dpt designated parking, kena parking kat luar je. Bila lalu jambatan, banyak plak kete parking and the view was sooo beautiful, ala-ala rembang maghrib gituu.. so, kitorg pun stopover and ape lagi, pictures laaa!
Anyway, to Zana & Aziz,
congratulations on your newborn, Izzah (bila tanye "sempena Nurul Izzah menang ke?", tersengih memanjangg je, YA lah tuh)! And, looking forward for more birthdays next year sebab sah-sah la bday Izzah CUTI! NO REASON, my friend

Baby Izzah dah discharge @ 2 Mei 2008 and now mama & baby selamat bercuti panjanggg di kampung. Enjoy!
